Does your face suffer from sun damage?
This YouTube video fascinates me. Using an ultraviolet lens, the camera reveals how years of exposure to the sun’s UV rays can damage our skin. Even more interesting is how sunscreen looks.
(It’s best viewed full screen.)
Protect yourself from the sun
The summer heat rages on, so I hope this video is a timely reminder to wear sunscreen, hats and sunglasses, and try to stay out of the direct sun during peak UV ray hours, about 10 to 2.
The children in the video had amazingly spot-free skin. Teach your kids to be sun smart and maybe they’ll retain that healthy skin longer.
Protecting our skin not only helps prevent skin cancer, but can keep our skin looking younger as we age. Think of the savings in anti-aging products 😎
